The Flu Wiki (www.fluwikie.com) is a collaborative effort to ‘help local communities prepare for and perhaps cope with a possible influenza pandemic’.

This aims – according to the ‘about me’ – to inform, anticipate future problems that may arise, and think up possible solutions to these problems, parallel to the efforts of civil authorities.

It has a comprehensive topics section that covers basic scientific information; preparedness, on a local level, as well as how governments and organisations are trying to cope; legal, political and economic issues; as well as resources like timelines, maps etc.

Anyone can join, and participate in forums, or write opinion pieces.
